An ad for a $4-million home in Virginia is now available on the Realtor.com website for a sale of $5.2 million, which is about $4,500 per square foot.
The ad is the first for a home in the Richmond area and was created by The Rooanoke Virginia Real Estate Association.
The listing was created on Thursday, May 15.
The Rooinoke, Virginia realtor association said in a news release the home is a one-story brick colonial style house with two bedrooms, one and two bathrooms and a three-car garage.
The home has been in the Rooinas family for the past eight years and has been on the market for $5,937,750, according to The R.E.A.A., which runs the site.
The RVA home was listed for $6,100,000 in August and was listed at $6.9 million on Monday.
“Our goal is to provide our members with a home that is truly affordable and will bring pride to our community,” said Jim Buechler, president of The ROOINESVA.
“We are so thankful to have had the opportunity to help save a valuable piece of property from foreclosure.”
Buechlers family was one of three buyers for the house in August.
He said he and his wife, Mary, and their daughter, Charlotte, have been buying homes for years.
“They are very savvy people and know how to make money,” Buehlers said.
“They are also extremely patient and patient in their decision making.
I have a lot of respect for them.”
The home is located in the historic Richmond district, which includes the historic neighborhood of the old railroad station.
Buehler said the house is expected to sell for between $7 million and $8 million.
The sale is for a two-bedroom, one-bathroom, two-bathhouse with three bathrooms.
It has a total estimated value of $4.5 million, according the ROOINSVA.
The house was listed in October 2016 for $7.4 million, and was on the auction block in February 2017 for $4M.
