Lubbock, Texas (CNN) Lubbocks realtor is the first to admit that it is not a cheap place to buy your next home.
But he says that, with an average listing price of $100,000 and a house that can be sold for $1.5 million, it is a good deal.
Realtor Michael Boulton says that while most people have their heart set on buying in Lubbocking, many of the realtors in Texas are doing it because they know the area well and they want to help people.
Boulton and his partners have seen their sales rise since they started in 2009.
They now have sales of $1,700,000 to $1 million a year, with many of those transactions done on behalf of realtor clients.
Bouzzoli is an investor in a company that builds houses.
He has sold more than 1,200 homes in Texas and Texas is home to more than 40% of his homes.
He says he sells homes for $150,000, and has seen an average price of around $100 million.
He says the best way to make a living is to get into real estate.
“If I have the house I need to be a buyer, but I’m not looking for money, I’m looking for the right price,” Bouzzoli says.BOUZZOLI: My company does not offer financing or loans.
We have no need to get in debt.
If you’re going to buy in L.A., you should be able to do it on your own, Bouzzolis says.
He said his biggest seller was a $100-million home that he sold for more than $1 billion.
If you are looking for a place to rent or buy a home in Texas, he says, look into Boultons company, the Real Estate Group.
BOUzzOLI says he is not surprised by the boom in Lillie, which is just about a 10-minute drive from his home in Laughlin.
He said there are thousands of people looking to move in and out of the Lillies neighborhood.
He says he would like to see more people living in Lilliys neighborhood.
He also hopes the real estate boom will lead to more families being able to afford a house.
Lillie has more than 20,000 residents.
