Realtor is closing in on MLS realtor: ‘It’s an amazing place to live’

Realtors are closing in as MLS announced it was closing its doors and relocating to the Pacific Northwest.

The realtor’s announcement comes just days after MLS Realty said it would relocate to Seattle, the biggest market in the US and the city with the highest vacancy rate.

The relocation will mean MLS’s real estate team has to focus on its existing properties, which includes more than 600 properties across Seattle, Redmond and King County.

The Seattle realtor told Realtorian magazine that they were in discussions with local officials and will work with the city to determine the best location.

“We’re excited about Seattle, and we’re happy to have a location where we can continue to build the real estate base in the city,” Realtorial CEO John Lesh said.

“There’s a lot of potential here for MLS to grow.”MLS RealtOR announced last week that it was moving its headquarters to Seattle.
