Realtor Charleston, the co-founder of realtor.com, is reportedly closing the door on his company.
He said in a statement posted to his website that the deal with the Houston Rockets has “expired” and that he has “no other options.”
The Houston Rockets have not commented.
He previously was the coowner of the Houston Oilers.
The move comes as real estate market in the U.S. is in a tailspin with a number of new listings for sale, with a median price of $2.5 million per home.
The market is still booming with buyers looking for homes in the $1 million range.
The median price for homes listed on the MLS site for January 2017 is $2,937,838.
In 2016, realtor Charlon St. Clair bought the iconic Texas Stadium from the NFL for $3.3 billion.
He bought the team and a building next door, naming it the NRG Stadium.
